I HELP WOMEN IN THEIR 40'S to 60'S 

who are struggling with the menopause and want to lose weight , and improve energy and mood. I am passionate about helping women to make changes to their diet and lifestyle to promote healthy aging. I run my nutrition practice in Reading, Berkshire supporting women on their health and weight loss journeys.

All my consultations are in my virtual nutrition clinic online to fit in around busy lives. 
Having been on countless diets myself, I know that in the long term the weight just goes back on again when you are “off the diet” and that’s not because we have ‘no willpower’,  its our hormones reacting to starvation and working overtime to get us back to where we were.

 Whilst there is no one food that can get your hormones back on an even keel, I can help you to make changes to your diet that will have a lasting impact on how you feel.

My clients are often surprised at how much better they are sleeping and how their mood has improved just by making a few changes. During the peri-menopause and menopause our bodies are changing and this means that we can no longer eat and exercise in the way we always have.

I work with women to teach them a new way of eating and to help them make small, achievable changes to their diet and lifestyle that become a way of life. I make sure that all my advice is personalised to suit your needs.

I won’t make you eat or drink things that you don’t like (although fruit and vegetables are vital) and I won’t judge you for your current lifestyle. I will use my nutrition knowledge together with health coaching and behaviour change techniques to help you to bannish diet culture, and get back to eating real food without worrying about calories or macros.

I work with evidence-based nutrition meaning that all my advice is backed by scientific research, so no pseudo-science or Instagram diet fads. I am also a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor. This allows me to provide even more tailored advice on fitness and exercise, complementing my nutrition expertise to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. As well as everything in Level 1, this membership includes a monthly in-person talk at Infinity Fitness, Tilehurst where I go into real depth on a key midlife topic and open the floor for questions. Every talk is recorded, so if you can't make it in person you can watch or listen at a time that suits you. The gym-bundle option also includes two weekly classes. Whether you join in the room or online, the Masterclass is a step up from reading — it is a monthly conversation about your midlife health with someone who takes the evidence seriously.

Level 3

Midlife Reboot

£149 / month with gym - £115 / month online (no gym classes)

For women who are ready — ready to commit to a structured approach and to have real, consistent support alongside them while they do it. This is an evergreen membership built around a comprehensive programme covering nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and gut health, delivered through my practice platform with all materials available from the moment you join. You can start any time. Every two weeks there is a live Q&A session where you can bring whatever is coming up for you; every month I personally respond to your accountability check-in. The gym-bundle option includes three weekly classes and the Q&As in person at [Infinity Fitness, Tilehurst; the online option gives you the full programme and fortnightly Q&As via video call, wherever you are in the world.
