Juliet Greenhalgh Nutrition provides evidence-based nutrition coaching to help women navigate perimenopause and postmenopause with greater confidence. As a registered associate nutritionist and member of the Association for Nutrition, I hold a BSc from London Metropolitan University, an MSc from Oxford Brookes University, and a Level 2 gym instructor qualification.
I created my practice to offer clear, practical guidance that cuts through confusing nutrition advice and supports lasting lifestyle change.
