Whilst there is no one food that can get your hormones back on an even keel, I can help you to make changes to your diet that will have a lasting impact on how you feel.
My clients are often surprised at how much better they are sleeping and how their mood has improved just by making a few changes. During the peri-menopause and menopause our bodies are changing and this means that we can no longer eat and exercise in the way we always have.

I work with women to teach them a new way of eating and to help them make small, achievable changes to their diet and lifestyle that become a way of life. I make sure that all my advice is personalised to suit your needs.
I won’t make you eat or drink things that you don’t like (although fruit and vegetables are vital) and I won’t judge you for your current lifestyle. I will use my nutrition knowledge together with health coaching and behaviour change techniques to help you to bannish diet culture, and get back to eating real food without worrying about calories or macros.

I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition. I work with evidence-based nutrition meaning that all my advice is backed by scientific research, so no pseudo-science or Instagram diet fads. I am fully insured for your protection.

your diet and lifestyle. I understand that committing to a full 12 weeks right away might not be ideal
for everyone, so I also provide a 60-minute Health MOT. During this session, I will review your diet and
offer tailored tips and advice on any adjustments you could make. While a one-off appointment
