I created this membership for women who want more than just the curated collection of evidence-based guides. You get to ask me questions live and really dig into the health topics that matter most to you.
Each month, I host an in-person talk at Infinity Fitness, Tilehurst, where the conversation goes further, and your questions are always welcome. If you can't make it, I record every session so you never miss out. You can choose my membership with gym access for a more active approach or stick to nutrition-only support. I also offer a health MOT for a personalised starting point if you want tailored guidance before joining.
